ManageEngine have planned an annual infrastructure maintenance on their primary Data Center in the USA on 25th December, 2021, between 06.30PM and 09.30PM PST (03:30PM NZT and 6:30PM NZT), and on 1st January, 2022, between 06.30PM and 09.30PM PST (03:30PM NZT and 6:30PM NZT).
This maintenance will help ManageEngine support their expanding server far more efficiently.
During the maintenance period, they will be switching ServiceDesk Plus Cloud to their secondary Data Center to ensure that their services continue functioning. They do not expect any disturbances to the services during this period. If you experience any disruption, please feel free to drop an email to support-cloud@servicedeskplus.com, and they’ll be quick to help you.
