Backup for Office 365 gets a price cut

 

SolarWinds aims to provide complete data protection for Microsoft Office 365 and they have now added SharePoint support on top of the Exchange and OneDrive options already available. Even better, from this month you will be charged just $2.00 per month per unique user for all three services combined (previously Exchange and OneDrive were charged separately at $1.95 per service per user). So you now get to protect a user’s Exchange mailbox, OneDrive and SharePoint accounts for one flat price of $2.00 a month.

 

This price reduction should make it easier (and more profitable) for you to offer protection, for the major elements of Office 365. You may still choose to forego protection on some mailboxes or user accounts, but if you do choose any one element, you will be billed $2.00/month for that unique user, whether or not you choose to protect all three parts of the Office 365 suite.

 

In addition, if you want to protect more than 250 user accounts across your customer base, volume discounts are available with an annual subscription commitment.
